JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Transformation Leader to lead the continuous evolution of our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that our strategic vision is effectively translated into actionable plans, driving discipline, acceleration, and alignment across all teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who fosters cohesion and motivation within the team while optimizing processes to achieve business objectives. The Transformation Leader will play a pivotal role in achieving operational excellence, business growth, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By driving disciplined execution and problem-solving, this individual will be responsible for converting strategic initiatives into tangible outcomes, ensuring that every area of the organization is aligned and progressing towards common goals. A core focus of this role will be to oversee and optimize internal processes, ensuring they support the company’s growth trajectory while maintaining agility, efficiency, and extraordinary client value. The Transformation Leader will serve as a bridge between strategy and execution, working closely with leadership teams to track progress, address challenges, and ensure the company meets its objectives, and keeps evolving at the speed of business and technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning and Organizational Growth: Spearhead the company’s relentless evolution and transformation. Lead the strategic and operational planning process to translate high-level strategy into actionable plans with clear responsibilities, OKRs, and initiatives. Ensure consistent alignment across all departments to achieve business objectives. Challenge the status quo and identify opportunities and obstacles to drive growth, efficiency, and scalability in operations. Relentless Execution and Accountability: Ensure the successful and relentless execution of operational plans by establishing robust follow-up mechanisms and accountability structures across teams. Identify roadblocks, provide solutions, and ensure timely course corrections to keep initiatives on track. Collaborate closely with department heads and the CEO to maintain momentum and resolve operational challenges effectively. Results and Performance Management: Own the achievement of the company’s strategic goals and financial targets by implementing a disciplined monitoring and reporting framework. Establish a culture of accountability through proactive follow-ups and solution-oriented problem-solving. Oversee key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Process Optimization and Efficiency: Drive the adoption and implementation of new technologies and artificial intelligence to achieve unprecedented efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy. Ensure that operational processes are continuously optimized leveraging artificial intelligence and the latest technologies and methodologies. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of internal management processes to maximize operational effectiveness and resource utilization while aligning all internal initiatives with customer-centric outcomes. Collaboration and Leadership: Work cross-functionally with department directors and the CEO to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies. Foster a collaborative culture by negotiating solutions with stakeholders and ensuring cohesive teamwork towards common goals. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all business functions by challenging the status quo. Financial and Data-Driven Decision Making: Maintain a strong focus on financial performance, ensuring all strategic and operational decisions are driven by data and financial insights. Analyze financial metrics and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement. Ensure that all initiatives are aligned with financial objectives, optimizing profitability and cost efficiency, while keeping strong alignment with the company’s vision and customer-centric culture. QUALIFICATIONS 3 to 4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Accenture, with a focus on transformation, strategic initiatives, and change management. Experience with units like McKinsey RTS or similar BCG roles is a plus. An MBA is helpful but not required. Alternatively, candidates may have 6 to 8 years of experience in strategic or transformational roles outside consulting. In either case, we seek individuals with a track record of driving operational excellence, business growth, and delivering results through a proactive, action-oriented approach. Experience in transformation units within major consulting firms, particularly in project and engagement management roles, is an advantage. Proven experience in translating strategic goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes and clear accountability structures. Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goals. Demonstrated success in leading process optimization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for financial performance, metrics, and operational KPIs. Experience working within service-based organizations, ensuring alignment of operations with strategic and financial goals. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Google Looker, ERPs, CRMs, and Spreadsheets to drive data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, in English and in Spanish, to effectively engage with executive leadership, clients, vendors, and stakeholders across diverse teams. LOCATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT This position offers the flexibility to work mostly remotely, allowing you to connect with our teams and clients from anywhere in North or Latin America. While you can be based anywhere in the Americas, we have a strong preference for candidates located in Puerto Rico or Colombia due to strategic alignment with our core operational regions as well as in-person collaboration with the CEO. This setup is designed to foster a dynamic and flexible work environment while maintaining close collaboration with our teams across our major hubs. Periodic travel will be required to engage directly with teams and clients, ensuring you have the opportunity to strengthen relationships and foster teamwork.
