As part of our growth, we are currently seeking to fill the position of: What you can expect - Responsibilities: Creating and implementing sales strategies aligned with ROSEN's Vision and Mission. Achieving goals, initiatives, and core values as defined by ROSEN. Developing new service, product, and solution opportunities. Understanding customer needs and requirements thoroughly. Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and new clients. Fulfilling Sales Manager tasks according to the Uniform Process [UP]. Generating and achieving sales and revenue goals by increasing customer satisfaction and market share. Forecasting and tracking sales figures for assigned clients. Evaluating market trends, gathering competitive information, and identifying trends affecting growth and profitability. Receiving ROSEN product and service training. Maintaining established ROSEN business software systems. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2). Solid experience working on Oil & Gas or Mining projects. Knowledge of customer business, ability to challenge and reframe customer perspectives, and formulate negotiation strategies including tender bids. Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in representing the company at workshops, congresses, and customer meetings.
