What we’re looking for Must-have: At least 4 years of experience as a PM / Scrum / Facilitator in the IT industry Proven ability to lead and manage Agile teams Technical Domain Knowledge: Understanding specific industry or technical aspects relevant to the project. Contract Management: Ability to manage vendor contracts and procurement processes. Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing project data for informed decision-making. Change Management: Ability to guide teams through project changes and transitions.
