We are seeking a skilled Payment Operations Specialist to join our team in this exciting role. Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and verify the smooth operation of the Tipalti payments platform. - Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly. - Coordinate with partners to address operational issues efficiently. - Provide operational and technical support to internal teams. - Share product feedback with Product and R&D; teams to enhance the platform's quality and efficiency. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields demonstrating analytical skills. - At least 2 years of experience in payment operations, bank operations, or transaction processing. - Preferred: 2+ years in operational or technical support within a SaaS or Fintech environment. - Strong analytical thinking to resolve time-sensitive payments issues. - Ability to read and understand code - advantageous. - Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions (preferred). - Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus. - Passionate about customer support and advocacy. - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. - Detail-oriented and well-organized. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
