Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. This is a high-impact role that requires strong collaboration with various departments, including accounting, sales, and finance. You should have excellent analytical skills and be able to communicate complex data insights effectively to senior leadership. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining dynamic Excel-based financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis. - Leading cash flow forecasting and liquidity monitoring efforts. - Analyzing sales, margins, and inventory performance, identifying trends, and delivering strategic recommendations. - Building and presenting scenario models to help leadership evaluate risk and investment options. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of financial models. We value expertise in financial modeling, including 13-week liquidity forecasts, advanced Excel skills, and experience analyzing sales, margins, and inventory trends. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus. - 3+ years of experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, or financial modeling. - Advanced Excel skills required (nested formulas, pivot tables, macros, scenario modeling, etc.). - Demonstrated expertise in cash flow modeling, including 13-week liquidity forecasts. - Experience analyzing and forecasting sales, margins, and inventory trends.
