Role Description The available position is 100% Work from Home for a B2B (Business to Business) multichannel campaign (emails and calls). Training is paid at 75% of your base salary . Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for approximately 2 weeks . Operations schedule: Monday to Friday – WEEKENDS OFF! Availability required from 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (subject to change due to Daylight Saving Time). Direct equipment provided by Callzilla Other benefits offered by the company. Qualifications Advanced English and German (B2+ or higher) – both written and spoken. Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all three languages. Previous experience in customer service or B2B support roles is an advantage. Comfortable using email and phone communication in a professional setting. Tech-savvy and able to adapt to multiple digital platforms. Strong organizational and time management skills. Availability to work during early morning shifts (starting at 4:00 a.m. Colombian time). Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
