Private Equity Role in Latin America We are seeking a driven and growth-oriented Private Equity Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bogotá, Colombia. This permanent position reports directly to the Investment Director and requires a valid work permit for Colombia. About the Job: This is an excellent opportunity to advance our private equity activities in Colombia and across Latin America. As a Private Equity Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting ongoing transactions by conducting financial modelling, preparing investment memos, participating in due diligence and negotiations, and coordinating with legal and external advisors. Your responsibilities will include drafting transaction documents, performing AML/KYC analyses, and contributing to technical assistance initiatives. In addition to deal execution, you will monitor portfolio companies, ensure timely financial reporting, assist with investment committee updates, valuation reporting, and prepare materials for board and shareholder meetings. Requirements: - 2-4 years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking. - Hands-on experience in executing M&A; transactions and building robust financial models. - A Chartered Accountant qualification or a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business is preferred. - Strong analytical and financial skills, fluency in both English and Spanish (both written and spoken), and a passion for responsible finance and impact-driven investing. - Knowledge of Portuguese or French is an asset.
