Affinity Management Services is seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Business Partner to join our team. This comprehensive HR role will be responsible for recruiting, compliance, HR support, employee satisfaction and retention, HR metrics, data-driven decision-making, and payroll as needed in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Paylocity, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of US HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within Affinity Management Services. Manage job postings, hiring campaigns, and job fairs. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and proactive sourcing. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current legal requirements and best practices. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. Oversee the administration of compliance training programs. HR Support: Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews. Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Paylocity). Ensure compliance with all employee documentation. Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. Employee Satisfaction and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Analyze survey results and develop action plans to address concerns. Implement recognition programs and engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention. HR Metrics and Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, retention rates, and time-to-fill positions. Use data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve HR processes. Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and present findings to the HR Director and senior management. Utilize HR analytics to forecast workforce needs and develop strategic plans. Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing as needed to ensure accuracy and timely disbursements. Collaborate with the payroll team to resolve any payroll-related issues. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruiting, compliance, HR support, employee satisfaction, HR metrics, and payroll. Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Technical Skills: Proficient in Paylocity and other HRIS systems. Knowledge: Strong understanding of US HR best practices and employment laws. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
