We are seeking an Operations Manager to manage itshigh-end Video Production facility in Medellin, Colombia. KeyResponsibilities: 1. Manage, oversee, and lead a team of managersto ensure uninterrupted and smooth operation of the Live StreamingStudio. 2. Oversee that the technical team keeps and appliesappropriate maintenance procedures for the equipment in the studioand maintain quick problem resolution and smooth 24/7 operation. 3. Responsible for directing work; authoring and discussing withmanagers performance appraisals; addressing performance plans andbuilding corrective action plans. 4. SLA – Direct the team toensure the uninterrupted operation of the production facilities,meeting the company’s SLA. 5. Ensure that the operation meets thecompany objectives and strives for new achievements. 6. Maintain asafe, secure, and comfortable working environment. 7. Buildoperational SOPs; ensure the execution of workflows and operationalprocesses of the live streaming studio. 8. Maintain continuous andorganized communication with the local team managers andcommunicate periodically with clients and management. 9. Overseecompany projects in the facility associated with the launch of newstudios, managing their timeline, budget, and roadmap. 10. Ensurethat quality and service standards are enforced; identify solutionsand recommend system improvements. 11. Present periodic reports onthe progress and prognosis of KPIs; escalate issues when necessary. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor degree and above. 2. Essentialexperience in management of large teams (150 people and more). 3. Ability to manage live operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 4. Deep understanding of the sense of urgency and commitment 24/7operation requires. 5. Open-minded and quick resolution abilities.6. Exceptional organizational skills; capacity to plan complexworkflows.
