Job summary The Business Development Representative Level I is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives, supporting partner enablement activities, and managing vendor pipelines. Qualifications - Maintains and builds relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues. - Provide excellent customer service and support, serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries. - Drive vendor initiatives and supports partner enablement activities. - Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth. Responsibilities - Develop in-depth knowledge of vendor products, programs, and industry trends. - Track and manage the vendor pipeline, including identifying and qualifying leads, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities. - Build customer relationships to effectively market a broad range of TD SYNNEX's product portfolio.
