**WEBSITE MANAGER - FRONT END - WordPress** Your job will consist of creating and maintaining the company’s Websites. Running audits, leading the redesign process, creating new pages, writing code, and solving bugs are a few of the tasks you’ll be performing. Programming skills and website design knowledge are a must. Travel to the US (FLORIDA) once or twice a year **RESPONSIBILITIES** Develop, maintain, and update websites (WordPress or any other technologies needed) Own website navigation experience (sitemap, UX, etc) Write code, solve bugs, and keep track of all website information Evaluate and manage website performance (run recurring audits of the website and provide performance-based solutions) on website speed, traffic, and conversion using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hotjar, etc.. Facilitate hosting and server management Build HTML mailings (Mailchimp) Follow Marketing and Design instructions to keep the site aligned with branding and communication **REQUIREMENTS** At least 3 years of experience creating and supporting web pages for businesses At least 2 years of experience working on WordPress Must be fluent in English (B2, C1, High proficient / Advanced) Expert knowledge of content management systems Highly proficient in HTML/CSS/JS and PHP codes Strong attention to detail and analytical, problem-solving mindset Knowledge and experience working with Mailchimp Excellent verbal and written communication skills UX/UI design knowledge Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse and equitable environment Able to communicate clearly in both synchronous and asynchronous channels **NICE TO HAVE** Educated to degree level and or equivalent in Computer Engineering Experience with SEO tools Knowledge of any other management systems and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Sites, and/or Google Currents **WE OFFER**: USD-based monthly payment as Contractor Great teamwork Work culture and environment are based on communication, trust, and hard work.
