We are seeking a skilled Central Ops Strategy Sr. Analyst to join our team. Job Description The Central Ops Strategy team is responsible for optimizing the marketplace through pricing and resource allocation, defining and guiding the business strategy across SSL. The Strategy team within Central Ops focuses on supporting leadership in defining regional business strategies, making data-driven resource allocation decisions to maximize growth and efficiency, and developing frameworks and communication mechanisms for performance management. This role will involve developing analytical dashboards and applying scientific methodologies to support data-driven decision-making, creating tools and processes that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the team's data-driven approach. Key Responsibilities - Lead data analysis efforts on diagnosing key topics and make recommendations regarding investment decisions. - Support core areas of the business such as operations to attain market balance and efficient resource allocation. - Support performance management across local markets by building business models, tracking results, generating insights about opportunities for improvement, and preparing managerial reports for Senior Leaders. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business, data science, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, financial planning & analysis, consultancy, investment banking, and other related fields. - Proficiency in Excel and SQL; strong communication and stakeholder management; analytical problem-solving with strategic thinking; working in cross-functional projects across countries.
