Strategic Partnership Manager Establish strategic partnerships with industry leading customers, enhancing the value of existing and new commercial relationships. Manage global discounts and incentives, collaborating with Sales, Business Unit Leadership, and Sr. Level Executives. Responsibilities: - Lead the development of global discount strategies using industry specific customer segmented data. - Interact directly with key stakeholders to communicate and document Rockwell Automation's differential value and market position. - Maintain world-class negotiation skills through continuous learning and development. Requirements: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing creative solutions to complex business issues. - Superior project management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills indicative of leadership ability. - Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines, with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach. - Flexibility and resiliency in adapting to changing conditions within the negotiation process. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. - Regular interaction with Senior Level Executives to gain cooperation and present complex financial information. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Finance required. - Minimum 8 years of related experience in direct customer contract and global discount negotiations. - Minimum 3 years in industrial automation industry. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. - Proficient in Microsoft Products Suite and SAP System use experience desired.
