As a System Integration Engineer, your mission is to contribute to the evolution of platforms supporting our client's team: - Manage a team of IT developers, balancing workload and career development. - Design solutions that meet IT reference architecture standards. - Propose software designs applying standards, patterns, and tools. - Optimize software and improve processes. - Ensure team goals are achieved. - Contribute to technical requirements of products/features. - Understand business logic to suggest enhancements. - Spend approximately 50% of your time as a senior developer with your own deliverables. - Design online integration solutions using APIs, microservices, MQ, and Kafka. - Support team workload management and mentor new and junior team members. - Participate in project planning and follow-up, escalating issues as needed. Qualifications Experience - +7 years in Java with Spring Boot framework development. - Experience with distributed architectures, both synchronous (API REST) and asynchronous (Kafka, MQ). - Knowledge of security concepts like OAuth2 and SSL certificates. - Extensive SQL and relational database knowledge. - Experience with Cloud Computing environments. - Project management skills (PM certification is a plus). - Strong communication skills for various organizational levels. - Conflict resolution skills for managing diverse viewpoints. Nice to Have Technologies: - Python, ElasticSearch, WebServices (SOAP). - Strong work ethics, critical thinking, and attention to detail. - Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-skilled, distributed team. - Fluent in Spanish and English.
