What does a Community Ambassador really do? Think of yourself as someone who will exude energy, friendliness, creativity, and collaboration, so not everyone can qualify for this role. So come on, now we need your full concentration because it's time to imagine what it's like being a Receptionist. As a Community Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for TaskUs and will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with a high-quality sense of urgency. The Community Ambassador will greet all guests, teammates, and clients with ridiculous excitement. They'll help the team with ordering supplies, making sure our site is fully stocked, planning events, as well as answering phones, and sorting mail/deliveries. So, do you have what it takes to be a Receptionist? **Requirements/Qualifications**: - 3 years of administrative or hospitality experience - High school diploma or GED - Approachable, patient, and flexible - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and understanding of the Google Suite would be a plus - We need someone flexible to work the 9am - 6pm shift Monday through Friday. - Occasionally available to work nights/weekends DEI: In TaskUs we believe that innovation and higher performance are brought by people from all walks of life.
