The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, as well as experience with IP-based voice communications systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of IP-based voice communications systems. - Collaborate with development teams to identify and troubleshoot issues. - Design and implement testing frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide input to program schedules, budgets, and management plans to meet project goals. - Work closely with international engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
