Resumen: **IMPORTANT: WE ARE LOOKING FOR MATHEMATICS TEACHERS OR OTHER SUBJECT TEACHERS** **Sales Representative** **What is this about?** Looking after our existing and targeted customers across Colombia, whilst adopting a consultative selling approach, you will understand the key challenges faced by academics. Then, as our new Sales Representative, you will suggest the most appropriate McGraw Hill solution for their course/module/unit of study. This is a 360 sales position, so you be responsible for closing your own business and maintaining a strong and prosperous pipeline. **What you will be doing**: - Achieving existing and new business sales targets. - Building and managing sales pipelines. - Introducing, implementing, and supporting digital solutions and innovative teaching approaches. - Building and managing customer relationships - externally (academics), and internally, (marketing, product, etc.). - Collaborating with our bookselling partners and distribution vendors to maximise the growth of our products. **What can you bring to the role?** - A passion and hunger for success. - A desire to help University learners and an interest in education technology. - An understanding of the Higher Education sector would be ideal. - Any previous experience of learning/curriculum design, and/or teaching would be of real interest to us. - Solution-selling and/or consultative sales experience is desired but not essential.
