Business Intelligence Analyst We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. As a BI Analyst, you will play a key role in providing operational support for mission-critical Finance BI applications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional team environment and provide technical expertise to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and minimal business disruptions. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing scheduled jobs using job scheduling tools, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to BI applications, data pipelines, and scheduled jobs. You will collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and data workflows. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. If you have experience with batch/shell scripting, SQL, DAX, PySpark, and Hadoop, you will have an edge over other candidates. This is a hybrid position, which means you will alternate between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work 2-3 set days per week from the office, aiming to be in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. - 6+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree, or at least 3 years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years of relevant work experience. - Proven experience in a support role within a BI or data-centric environment. - Strong technical skills in batch/shell scripting, SQL, DAX, PySpark, and Hadoop. - Experience with job scheduling tools. - Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
