In this role, you’ll work directly with key clients, lead projects from proposal to delivery, and support a talented Insights team. Your insights will help shape decisions in areas like pet healthcare and animal nutrition. Responsibilities include: Commercial responsibilities: Achieve targets, oversee client budgets, and support business development. Managerial responsibilities: Manage 1 team member, oversee resources, projects, and team development. Research design & proposal development: Develop proposals, prepare project specs, and design research approaches. Project execution: Manage multiple projects, design questionnaires, oversee data collection, and lead data analysis and reporting. Analysis & reporting: Lead data analysis, produce impactful reports with insights and recommendations, and present findings to clients. Client management: Interact with clients, support cross-selling, and ensure client expectations are met.
