Job Description As a Cloud Engineer, you will help us build functional systems that improve our customer experience. You will be working closely with the Head of Tech and the software development team in order to be an integral contributor to the development of our Product. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or a related field. Experience in Terraform and AWS services, including ECS, ECR, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Batch, EC2, and RDS. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Harness, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, high availability (HA), load balancing, and security best practices. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker. Deep understanding of AWS governance, cost management, and the AWS Well-Architected Framework. Familiarity with additional programming languages or scripting tools (Python, Bash, etc.) Experience implementing observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Opentelemetry, or similar technologies. Responsibilities Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform. Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with development teams to automate testing, build, and deployment processes. Maintain world-class operation while supporting technical processes and tools. Work with multidisciplinary teams to build best-in-class SaaS. Manage and monitor AWS services, including ECS, Batch, EC2, and RDS. Continuously improve the SDLC from infrastructure and reliability perspective.
