Requirements: Proven experience in ITIL Change Management, IT infrastructure, and process management. Strong knowledge of: ITIL frameworks and best practices. Change management policies, procedures, and tools. Managing Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and change request lifecycles. Familiarity with: Risk assessment and impact analysis for IT changes. IT governance and compliance frameworks. Desired certifications (not mandatory): ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4). Advanced English (Proficient or higher). Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the flow of change requests to ensure they are executed effectively and align with business objectives. Lead Change Advisory Boards (CABs), review change requests, and make informed decisions. Prioritize changes to ensure they add value while balancing risks, resources, and timelines. Facilitate the smooth transition of changes from development to operations. Resolve conflicts and disputes related to change management processes. Document and report on changes, their impacts, and outcomes, maintaining detailed records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate changes and ensure alignment.
