Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your process and manufacturing engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates. You'll lead the co-engineering and industrial development processes, ensuring that product and process designs are optimized for manufacturability, safety, and reliability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as design, quality, and supply chain), maintain compliance with standard processes and critical quality requirements, and much more." We’ll look to you for: Driving seamless industrialization across all phases of the product lifecycle, from tender to serial production, Ensuring compliance with standard processes and critical quality requirements, Supporting tender activities by providing industrial expertise and cost analysis, Overseeing the validation of manufacturing processes and tools to ensure readiness for production, Managing risks and ensuring adherence to safety standards in all industrial processes, Monitoring and improving key performance indicators related to industrial processes, Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the team.
