KeyResponsibilities : - Conduct outbound phone and email outreach toexternship and job partner offices in priority markets. - Follow upon marketing-qualified leads from campaigns focused on partnershipdevelopment. - Build strong relationships with hiring andexternship sites. - Formalize partnerships through affiliationagreements when applicable. - Collaborate with internal teams tosupport students placement journeys. Qualifications : - StrongEnglish communication skills (verbal and written). - Previousexperience in a customer-facing or outreach role. - Familiaritywith HubSpot or similar CRM tools. - Comfort with outbound phoneand email outreach. - Highly organized with good follow-through. Nice-to-Haves : - Background in sales, staffing, or educationpartnerships. - Experience working with U.S.-based clients ororganizations.
