Conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an IT Recruiter. Proficient in conversational English; strong communication skills are essential. Demonstrated ability to source and attract high-quality candidates. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build strong relationships with hiring managers. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Only CVs in English will be considered.
