You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities, and tools management for the sales team. How you will contribute Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales, including processing of data. Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes. Support the revision and development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes, including providing information in suitable media. Test system implementations and changes, working closely with sales and various internal departments and external service providers. Identify and implement opportunities for master data simplification. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, with experience and knowledge in: Customer service, logistics, or sales support Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel) Solid communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple queries, respond quickly, and maintain composure Bring sales data strategy into execution through the OSA (Operational Sales Analytics) tool. Be an expert in tool and data processes to support change requests, data integration into D4GV, interconnections with other D4GV processes and data sources, data governance updates, and WACAM dashboards administration. Support continuous improvements, data quality maintenance (UAT), stakeholder requirements management, and harmonized solution delivery. Support tool implementation and maintenance, WACAM tool integration, stakeholder requirements consolidation, UAT support, and roadmap management. Manage and drive discussions and workshops with business teams to define data elements, metrics, KPIs, and dashboards in scope. Identify and understand essential resources, priorities, risks, business value, timelines, and acceptance criteria. Support user acceptance testing with the core OSA team and assist the OSA lead for WACAM. Job Requirements 4-7 years of experience in the commercial area, preferably in sales field experience, sales data administration, or sales analytics. Additional experience in trade marketing and marketing is desirable. Expertise in Power BI is desired; BI knowledge is very valuable. Educational background in administration or engineering is preferred, but any career background is applicable if fluent in numbers, process, data, sales KPIs interpretation, and analysis, along with strong organizational skills. Advanced English proficiency is required. No relocation support available.
