About Us: We are a dynamic company looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Buyer Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for our buyers. Roles & Responsibilities: Buyer Relationship Management & Communication - Serve as the front-facing contact for all buyers, ensuring clear and consistent communication. - Proactively address and resolve performance issues, ensuring optimal results for buyers. - Work closely with buyers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs. - Report and troubleshoot errors, discrepancies, or underperformance issues in lead flow. Lead Generation & Performance Optimization - Collaborate with internal teams to identify new traffic sources and lead generation opportunities. - Optimize lead generation strategies to maximize buyer satisfaction and conversion rates. - Ensure lead quality meets the necessary qualification criteria before passing them to buyers. KPI Monitoring & Data Analysis - Read, analyze, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess buyer performance. - Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement based on real-time data. - Provide actionable insights to buyers and internal teams to enhance results. Data Reporting & Process Automation - Build and maintain Google Sheets/Excel formulas to automate data flows and enhance reporting efficiency. - Ensure that performance data is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible. - Create and present performance reports to buyers, highlighting insights and recommendations. Requirements: - Proven experience in lead generation, buyer account management, or digital marketing. - Strong understanding of KPI tracking, data analysis, and performance optimization. - Ability to read, interpret, and act on real-time performance data to drive decision-making. - Experience with Google Sheets/Excel (advanced formulas, data automation, and reporting). - Assertive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset for problem-solving buyer performance issues. - Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple buyer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
