Key Responsibilities - Develop strategic communication plans, campaigns, and editorial timelines to align with company objectives and cultural values. - Establish clear communication guidelines to ensure consistency, creativity, and alignment across local, regional, and global messages. - Manage cross-functional communication projects and rollouts across multiple regions. The successful candidate will have expertise in using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, collaboration with creative teams, and proficiency in English (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher. Additional responsibilities include leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, promote culture-building efforts, and support change management processes.
