This hybrid position requires working on-sitethree days per week at the client's manufacturing site. In thisrole, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, primarily focusedon manufacturing and commercial roles. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managersto define hiring requirements across manufacturing and commercialteams. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing,screening, interviewing, and offer management. - Leverage sourcingstrategies to identify and engage top talent in Argentina. -Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations tostakeholders. - Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing andfuture hiring needs. - Ensure a smooth and professional candidateexperience aligned with the client’s values and culture. What We’reLooking For: - Proven experience in recruiting within Columbia,ideally across manufacturing and commercial roles. - Solidunderstanding of local hiring practices, labour laws, and marketconditions. - Experience supporting a manufacturing site orhigh-volume recruitment environment is highly preferred. - Strongcommunication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-drivensetting. - Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
