What We're Looking For: 2+ years of recruitment experience in civil engineering or construction. Success in sourcing roles for recruitment agencies; previous agency experience is required. Proficiency with CRM systems, especially HubSpot. Expertise in social selling and network building via LinkedIn. Confidence and effectiveness in making cold calls to potential candidates. Strong understanding of the civil engineering industry and its talent landscape. Highly organized with the ability to manage workload independently. Commitment to process-driven recruitment methodologies. Exceptional candidate qualification and relationship-building skills. Ability to work efficiently and independently remotely. Analytical mindset to leverage recruitment technologies. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets. What You'll Do: Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. Sourcing: Find and connect with qualified civil engineering candidates through various channels, conduct cold calls, and expand your network via LinkedIn and social selling. Job Postings: Write compelling descriptions and post on relevant platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company values. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, assess qualifications based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial screenings, provide feedback, and coordinate further assessments with hiring managers. Networking: Engage with civil engineering communities, attend virtual events, and leverage contacts to find candidates.
