Responsibilities - Respond promptly to customer requests received by email phone forum online chats voicemail or other channels stipulated by the company. - Respond to and schedule cases received by voicemail or voice message. - Meet internal quality objectives. - Actively follow and contribute to improving and updating internal documentation and procedures. - Report technical operational or procedural issues to superiors and/or log them in the appropriate error tracking system. - Periodically monitor servers with appropriate or stipulated tools. - Actively participate in testing sessions. - Provide relevant information on technical topics.
