About the Role - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from security solutions within local markets/regions. - - Enable sales teams with content and training required to execute product and market sales objectives. - Serve as the expert and support advanced sales opportunities as needed. Key Responsibilities 1. Launch and expand use of Mastercard's identity solutions in customers. 2. Work with regional product & sales teams on opportunities to package services for customer segments. 3. Responsible for in-market product financial performance including P&L; for specific products. 4. Advocate for and champion designated products internally and in the external market. 5. Select and monitor a product's key performance metrics within a region. 6. Recommends solutions to challenges in the region's portfolio or product strategy. 7. Supervise a group/team, ensure compliance with goal setting and performance appraisal processes, and coach top talent within the team. Requirements - Experience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plans in multiple markets. - Extensive experience executing product adjustments across payment types, technologies, and customer industries. - Successful track record managing P&L; for multiple Mastercard projects and products.
