Responsibilities: - Design and develop complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models. - Implement and maintain ETL processes for data integration from multiple sources. - Optimize data models and queries for improved performance. - Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure data accuracy and implement data reconciliation processes. - Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. - Implement and maintain data governance and security standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.
