It’s a hands-on, long-term opportunity requiring a strong sense of operational discipline and a problem-solving mindset. The engineer will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement. They will collaborate closely with other engineers, product teams, and leadership in a fast-paced environment — all working toward building secure, high-performing platforms What You’ll Do - Maintain, automate, monitor, and troubleshoot infrastructure and platform services. - Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Octopus Deploy, Argo CD) - Manage environments across Linux and Windows OS, including servers, DNS, storage, and SSL - Perform tool lifecycle management, especially during US working hours - Support migration of on-prem tools to SaaS solutions - Own Docker and Kubernetes configurations and deployment stability - Integrate AWS services with external tools and internal pipelines - Drive observability using tools like Datadog - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity - Document best practices, configurations, and solutions in Confluence or similar platforms - Support technical evaluations of other consultants when required, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs What You Bring - 6-8 years of experience in enterprise DevOps or infrastructure roles - Strong experience in Linux and Windows server administration - Proficient in AWS services and cloud integrations - Experience in migration of tools from on-prem to SaaS is preferred. - Proficient with scripting and automation — Python preferred - Experienced with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Octopus Deploy, Argo CD - Hands-on with GitHub and version control best practices - Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker - Familiar with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog) - Experience with on-prem clusters and related toolsets - Understanding of infrastructure fundamentals: networking, DNS, storage, load balancing, and SSL management - Familiar with enterprise tools: Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, Gurobi, Replit, Cursor (or similar) What We Offer - 100% remote work to provide flexibility and work-life balance. - Company laptop and necessary equipment to perform your role effectively. - Competitive salary and benefits package aligned with local market benchmarks.
