Job Description Name of the role: Luxury Culture Manager Colombia Location: Bogotá, Colombia Type of contract: Permanent About The Role The Luxury Culture Manager position is critical. This individual will be responsible for leading the "Into Culture" strategy and execution on our luxury brands in the market, crafting initiatives that connect and infiltrate our brands within various cultural verticals according to the brand positioning in the region. This position is a secondment, to replace during 7 months the Culture Manager that will be out on parental leave. We want the brand to be culture-forward: participating with people, in the places, at the moments that intersect with what consumers care about. We aim to build powerful ideas that earn consumer advocacy, causing consumers to talk about the brand voluntarily. We need a culture authority who will disrupt thinking, bring the outside in, anticipate trends, build brand networks, and develop outstanding plans to drive talkability and content. The Main Critical Metrics Improve the talkability index of the brands (earned media in social, press, and search) Help the brand improve the Brand Score at Kantar focused on Important # of innovative cultural initiatives (collaborations, LTOs, new ways of selling, experiences, etc.) Enhance Brand Visibility and relevance Champion important connections with the target audience Top Accountabilities Develop and Complete "Into Culture" Strategy: Partner with Brand Leads to develop and complete the strategy for our luxury brands, identifying relevant cultural verticals and crafting initiatives to increase visibility, relevance, and connections. Cultivate Relationships in Cultural Verticals: Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, collaborators, and representatives in music, fashion, sports, entertainment, etc., to gain insights and opportunities for brand infiltration. Deep Knowledge of Earned Media: Understand social media, influencers, PR, and content partnerships. Stay updated on trends and methodologies to amplify brand engagement. Measure and Optimize Performance: Develop KPIs, analyze data, and provide insights to leadership to refine strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, brand management, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Brand Experience: Shape consumer perceptions and interactions, ensuring consistent messaging and memorable brand experiences. Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in Culture, including strategic marketing, influencer engagement, PR, sponsorships, content production, and proven talkability for luxury brands. Experience developing cultural brand positioning for global brands. Future-focused, consumer-obsessed, and externally oriented with strategic thinking. Ability to manage complex priorities and projects within ambiguous contexts. Connected influencer with long-term partnership experience. Successful record of luxury brand activations worldwide.
