Operations Team Supervisor Our dynamic Operations Team is currently in search of a Supervisor who will lead a diverse and thriving team with one of our exclusive brand partners. This position will report directly to an Operations Manager. The successful candidate will love to tackle challenges, be self-driven, motivated, reliable, and possess strong ethics and integrity. Enthusiasm, a positive mindset, and the ability to have fun while working are essential. Continual growth through setting and achieving personal goals is highly valued. Responsibilities: Lead a team of 12-18 direct reports;coach develop and motivate them to ensure world-class customer service. Oversee day-to-day operations to meet program goals such as service level quality and staffing. Drive a culture of accountability continuous improvement and personal excellence. Communicate key messages effectively to keep direct reports well informed. Praise and provide feedback on performance;suggest improvements when necessary. Collaborate with quality assurance training and recruiting teams to leverage best practices. Develop and audit quality assurance strategies for world-class service delivery. Be an ambassador for Inktels culture by modeling values in every action. Be a subject matter expert on the clients business to earn their respect. Implement strategies to maintain acceptable attrition levels. Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar capacity (2 years). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Passion for delivering world-class customer service. Excellent problem-solving skills.
