And if that’s you we would love to have you join us! **Job Description**: Supports pre-sales and post sales customer service functions by assisting customers, company sales and service representatives with questions on equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. May serve as the customer contact on technical and service related questions. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Perform contract audits and report their status- Conduct technical visits to clients and evaluate client assets- Create and maintain a close relationship with internal and external customers- Provide support and support to PLS initiatives- Attend to the services provided by PLS and be trained for each of them- Additional activities that are assigned by your supervisor as part of the development of the business and its dynamics MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline.- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer support and/or contract administration- Ability for local and international travel -70%- Desirable experience handling brand products and in asset management- English required LI-EV1
