Job Description The Project Manager will perform duties including: Managing projects end-to-end, including scope, time, cost, quality, communications, procurement, and stakeholder management Overseeing all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing Utilizing NICE project management methodologies, defining tasks, preparing plans, monitoring progress, and managing scope and team performance Serving as the main contact for projects, representing NICE in forums, and advising clients on roadmaps and ROI maximization Proactively managing issues, providing visibility, and escalating as needed Reporting project status to stakeholders, managing revenue and forecasts, and assessing project outcomes Contributing to the project management community and methodology improvements Qualifications Proficient in English (B2 or higher) At least 5 years of experience managing teams and projects, including with international clients Experience in software development life cycle, IT, telephony, or related fields Strong client relationship skills and ability to manage complex, multiple projects Willingness to work in a dynamic, global environment Business acumen, revenue, and budget management skills PMP certification preferred Bachelor’s or master’s degree in systems engineering or related fields Seniorities & Employment Type Mid-Senior level Full-time Job Function & Industry Information Technology IT Services and Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
