Technology Risk Professional As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the overall success of first-line technology and internal controls & regulatory management. Your expertise will ensure that individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed in support of IT&S; strategies and objectives. - Collaborate with the IT Risk/I CRM Team to assess, evaluate, and quantify IT risk, design controls, and assist in their implementation within the business line. - Provide ongoing guidance to support the implementation of established IT Standards, Policies, Procedures, regulatory, and cyber requirements. - Support 1st Line of Defense (1A) teams and Risk Owners in identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks associated with information and IT systems. - Conduct risk assessments, Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), and ensure observations, issues, and outputs are recorded in enterprise tools. - Identify, review, and triage risk incidents and support root cause analyses. Required Skills: - Experience with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of SRE and service management principles. - Knowledge of IT Asset Management tools and ability to provide support to asset owners in onboarding and maintaining applications in the tool. - Breadth of IT or non-financial risk management experience (governance, operations, audit, control functions, compliance, risk management) over 3+ years. - Intermediate communication skills (verbal and written) supported by analytical competencies. - Expert IT Risk management experience in areas including but not limited to systems design, security, availability/stability/resiliency, disaster recovery, third-party risk management, change management, release management, audit, regulatory risk, logical access, software currency. - Strong Microsoft Excel and data analytics skills.
