Role Purpose As a Social Media Manager , you will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies that align with Virgin Mobile’s business objectives and brand voice. Your work will shape the company’s online presence, audience engagement, and brand positioning across multiple platforms. What success looks like: Within the first 6–12 months , you will: Create and manage a monthly and quarterly social media calendar , ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned with business goals. Increase the number of followers and boost engagement rates , aiming for a minimum 3% engagement rate across platforms. Oversee the entire social media campaign lifecycle , from strategy and content creation to publishing, monitoring, and optimization . Experience in managing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to align on goals and drive campaigns forward.
