How You Will Impact Our Ecosystem - Negotiate strategic marketing plans with key makers and non-traditional advertising accounts in the liquors and vapes category, generating revenue for the company. - Define actions related to Trade marketing, Media, Sampling, Data, and insights. - Hunt for new makers and brands to incorporate into Rappi, aiming to close long-term negotiations and JBP's. - Follow-up on campaign results with the growth management team. - Design and implement follow-up activities aligned with manufacturers through brand growth pathways. - Manage revenue for main makers in the category. - Ensure profitability through planning, execution, and reporting. Responsibilities as Part of Rappi - Hunt for new makers and develop categories. - Develop business proposals and marketing plans with key partners using trade marketing, media, and sampling strategies. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands to capture revenue growth opportunities. - Design and execute disruptive marketing campaigns to enhance growth and positioning. - Coordinate with stakeholders to follow up on campaign execution, results, and billing. - Achieve sales revenue quotas. What Are the Requirements to Join Our Neon Universe? - Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management, or related disciplines. - 4-5 years of experience in sales and/or consumer goods. - Knowledge of sales management and CRM systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management, sales systems design, and data analysis experience. - Passion for sales.
