We’re seeking an experienced, data-driven Media Buyer who can confidently manage and scale across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok. This is not a typical performance marketing role. What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience A strong track record of scaling paid media accounts profitably Deep expertise in tracking, attribution, and performance optimization Advanced understanding of Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising platforms A data-first mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategy Experience running creative testing frameworks and CRO initiatives Solid grasp of platform policies, compliance nuances, and proven workarounds What You'll Do: Lead the paid acquisition strategy across multiple platforms Manage and optimize large-scale media budgets for maximum ROI Analyze performance data daily, drawing insights to guide testing and iteration Collaborate closely with creative and CRO teams to drive performance Stay ahead of platform updates and compliance changes, particularly in the skincare and wellness category Own performance metrics and be accountable for growth Why This Role?
