Key Responsibilities: Provide L3 support across the full stack, including infrastructure, backend, and front-end, before escalation to engineering business units. Automate SRE tools to enable proactive L3 support, aligned with our monitoring strategy. Operate effectively under pressure for critical business applications. Communicate effectively with L1, L2, Engineering, Product Managers, leadership, and end-users during troubleshooting. Qualifications Must-have Skills: Kubernetes (Expert), Terraform (Expert), Github Actions, Shell Scripting, AWS. Experience with incident and problem management. Experience with multitenant applications. Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, etc.), including VPCs, subnets, firewalls, load balancing, TLS, and SSL. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions) & version control. Knowledge of Python, React/Next.js. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or ELK. Experience with AWS, especially EKS, serverless architectures, queues, and various databases.
