Qualifications Required: 2-5 years of relevant experience with software asset management concepts and principles International Association of IT Asset Managers (IAITAM) Certified Software Asset Manager Experience with ServiceNow including the Software Asset Management Professional module (SAMp) and the related software procurement functions Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail oriented with very good organizational skills. Has collaborated with others in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver based on priority. Qualifications Preferred: Strong background in Software Licensing and Compliance Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel Strong oral and written communication skills. Job Description: Make a difference by working in all functions of the asset management process for technology software including but not limited to procurement, assignment, version control, recovery, effective utilization, redeploying, and all aspects of the software asset life cycle as directed by IT management. This individual will provide support and guidance to users related to their software needs and contribute to maintaining the ServiceNow SAM database to ensure entitlements and allocations are updated in a timely manner to facilitate compliance for the products managed by this team. They will also provide daily support in procurement of software by processing requests, creating purchase orders, registering, and enrolling users on various vendor portals, creating entitlements, and allocating software to users and devices in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate must display analytical and communication skills and work well with diverse teams. A candidate for this position must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in annual subscription renewals for multiple software products. Assist with reconciliation of software entitlements with deployed software. Provide support for intake of Non-Standard Software requests Develop and enhance reporting to provide visibility into software usage and optimize our investment in software assets across the enterprise.
