We're seeking a skilled professional who can lead the planning and execution of operating system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and system stability. This role involves spearheading dependency management, vulnerability remediation, and GRC collaboration. You will also drive the migration and integration of SaaS applications behind Okta for centralized identity and access management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, site reliability engineering, or a similar role with a strong focus on security. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell is required, along with hands-on experience with major cloud providers and infrastructure-as-code tools. As a DevOps Engineer at AgileEngine, you will be responsible for: - Leading Operating System Upgrades: Plan and execute upgrades for end-of-life operating systems across production and cloud environments. - Dependency Management & Compliance: Identify and update software dependencies to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations. - Vulnerability Remediation (CVEs): Proactively identify, prioritize, and implement patches for Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) across infrastructure and applications. - GRC Collaboration: Partner closely with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team to remediate identified gaps. - SaaS Application Security: Drive the migration and integration of SaaS applications behind Okta for centralized identity and access management. Additionally, you will communicate remediation plans, timelines, and progress to stakeholders across engineering, product, and business teams. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers on best practices for secure infrastructure and application development. MUST HAVES: - 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, site reliability engineering, or a similar role with a strong focus on security. - Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell. - Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their security services. - Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. NICE TO HAVES: - Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). - Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert). - Experience with security tools like Crowdstrike, Rapid7, Devo, ArmorCode, and others.
