About the Job As a Development Hotel Coordinator, you will assist the VP of Development in project execution, including due diligence, design, entitlements, construction, and project closeout. You will also coordinate with construction teams, consultants, and architects to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include managing procurement of easements, permits, and off-site agreements, as well as supporting financial analysis and project documentation. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction, finance, or related fields. - Up to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with construction background. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven. - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
