We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Implementation Engineer. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a vital role in deploying and maintaining our robotic delivery systems. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of robotic delivery systems. - Collaborate with senior engineers to execute deployment plans. - Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during the undeployment process. - Provide on-site technical and maintenance support during system implementation and rollout. - Conduct system troubleshooting and perform necessary maintenance repairs or adjustments. - Document and report implementation processes, issues, and resolutions. - Train end-users on system operation and maintenance. - Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system deployment, undeployment and support. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Serve as the primary communication link between different teams involved in the operations processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electronic engineering, Mechatronic engineering. - Basic understanding of mechanical systems. - Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits. - Familiarity with Linux operating systems. - Basic knowledge of network configuration and communications/LAN/WAN connections, SSH). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Willingness to travel to various implementation sites as required. - Resilience, creativity, adaptability, resourcefulness, and strong decision-making skills. - English level: B2/C1.
