Job Summary A Case Evaluator conducts the initial case evaluation, retains clients for the firm and conducts intakes. They may use scripts when talking with clients. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, empathic yet persuasive, and proactive. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to sign up clients are essential for this role. A typical day for a Case Evaluator includes conducting case evaluations, retaining clients, conducting intakes, and responding to emails and text messages. The Case Evaluator documents all customer interactions in our CRM system. Exceptional verbal communication skills, pleasant phone manner, and the ability to retain clients are important for this role. A keen eye for detail and a desire to help others are also needed traits of the Case Evaluator. Please send resume in English! Key Responsibilities Case Consultation & Agreements: - Utilize structured survey to evaluate if the firm can assist potential clients - Clients with viable claims will be provided with a retainer agreement for signing - Explain retainer agreement to the client prior signing - Case Evaluator is responsible for retaining clients Intake - Conduct intake after client is retained to gather crucial information Client Management: - Answer incoming calls, text messages, and emails from clients - Scheduling follow-up appointments with clients - Able to craft professional text messages and emails - Keep track of assigned clients to follow up with them - Effectively communicate with clients - Build strong rapport with potential clients Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience - Must be comfortable talking on the phone all-day - Excellent interpersonal skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent PC skills - Intermediate skills in Office 365 - Excellent customer service skills - Attention to detail - Ability to maintain knowledge of company’s procedures - Ability to communicate professionally with customers - Ability to work under pressure - Must have the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive - Strong organizational skills Job Types: Full-time, Contract Expected hours: 40 per week
