About The Role As a Global Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while managing the complete sales cycle to ensure the achievement of company goals. What You Need To Succeed Over 5 years of proven experience in commercial roles. Experience in the payments industry is a must. Strong background in forecasting, pricing strategies, and account profitability reviews to drive sustainable business growth. Advanced English level, both written and verbal. What You Will Do Achieve assigned sales quota within the designated portfolio and meet profitability expectations. Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring ongoing performance follow-up for accounts. Drive strong internal project management with key stakeholders and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Risk, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Integration, Operations, Technology, and Product. Ensure optimal account performance in terms of sales, profitability, quality, and service, while developing strategic customer account plans that align with company standards. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in accordance with company benchmarks. Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and enhancements, providing valuable feedback to product and sales management. Lead project management for significant account changes, including major new product implementations, business process adjustments, service level modifications, and trade term updates. Identify and cultivate new opportunities for large-scale payment processing implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery of key deliverables.
