Responsibilities - Assist with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports. - Processing requisition and other business forms, checking account balances, and approving purchases. - Administer, review and process payroll in partnership with the accountant. - Advising other departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures. - Managing account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments. Skills - 3-4 years experience in accounting, finance, treasury, FP&A.; - Degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar. - Fluent in English and Spanish. - Strong grasp of business and financial statements :P&L; ownership, Cash-flow and Balance Sheet strong understanding - Outstanding analytical skills, agile and hands-on, high attention to detail, committed to making an impact - High level command of Excel and knowledge of Financial ERPs & other tools - Intermediate knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and applicable tax codes - Exceptional attention to detail - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Great analytical and problem-solving abilities - Superb organizational and time-management skills - A prior experience in a startup, scale-up, or Internet company will be a plus Desired requirements - Get stuff done attitude and make your voice heard when necessary. - Positive, motivated attitude, with an emphasis on excellent teamwork - Passionate about technology and about improving financial services - Open communication, respect, and collaboration, to support the work environment that enables everyone to thrive and reach their full Benefits - Well compensated Descripción del trabajo Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet , consectetur adipiscing elit.
