You'll own the client relationship from onboarding through ongoing support—helping us define what customer success looks like from day one. Location: Colombia (remote considered for outstanding candidates What You’ll Do: Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients—system setup, data import, and training. Act as the main point of contact for U.S.-based customers, ensuring a consistent, proactive experience. Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, product, and operations) to deliver solutions on time. Identify pain points, gather feedback, and drive improvements with a customer-first mindset. Create internal workflows, best practices, and documentation for scalable success. Spot growth opportunities: upsells, renewals, and stronger client relationships. What You Bring: 4–5+ years in customer success, onboarding, or account management roles in SaaS or tech. A track record working with U.S. clients and navigating client-facing responsibilities in English. Fluent English and native Spanish —exceptional written and spoken communication in both. Strong organization, time management, and collaboration skills. A proactive, builder mindset—you’re excited to define processes and build things from scratch. Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master). Familiarity with Jira, Asana, HubSpot, Slack . Startup or early-stage company experience.
